If you can't say why you're different, your customers can't either.
Positioning is the foundation of everything: your marketing, your sales, your pricing, your hiring. If it's unclear, everything downstream is harder. We sharpen positioning into a sentence your whole team can repeat.
The problems we solve
You sound like everyone else
Your website, your pitch, your ads — they could be any company in your category. 'Innovative', 'customer-focused', 'leading'. No one remembers you.
Your team can't explain what you do
Ask 5 people in your company what you do, get 5 different answers. No shared articulation of who you serve and why you're different.
You compete on price
Without clear differentiation, you default to competing on price. Margins erode. You're a commodity.
You've outgrown your original positioning
What worked when you started doesn't work now. You've added products, entered markets, evolved — but your positioning hasn't. It's stale.
How we work
Positioning Audit
We audit your current positioning: how customers perceive you, how competitors position, where the gaps are. Research-based, not opinion-based.
Positioning Statement
We craft the positioning statement — who you serve, what category you're in, your unique value, why it matters. One sentence that anchors everything.
Messaging Hierarchy
We build the messaging hierarchy — the narrative architecture your whole team uses. Value props, proof points, elevator pitch, boilerplate. Consistent across sales, marketing, support.
Internal Alignment & Rollout
We facilitate the rollout — workshops, team training, sales enablement. Everyone tells the same story.
How the engagement works
Research & Audit
2-3 weeks. Customer interviews, competitor analysis, internal stakeholder interviews. Where are the positioning gaps?
Positioning Workshop
1-day workshop with leadership. We present findings, facilitate debate, align on the positioning direction.
Messaging Architecture
We deliver the messaging hierarchy: positioning statement, value props, proof points, elevator pitch, boilerplate. Written down.
Rollout & Enablement
Team workshop, sales enablement, marketing application. Everyone tells the same story across every touchpoint.
Bee FinTech Solutions (Basata)
Bee was competing against Fawry for wallet and merchant payment volume in Egypt. Without a card-network partnership, Bee's growth ceiling was capped by cash-based rails. The challenge was to land a card-network partnership that would unlock online and card-not-present use cases.
Outcome: Bee was selected as the exclusive payment aggregator for Mastercard Payment Gateway System (MPGS) and wallets in Egypt — over Fawry. This unlocked accelerated GMV/revenue growth and a new merchant segment. Customer ops improved ~30% on First Contact Resolution and ~50% on NPS (relative lifts). Bee's launch campaign was later selected by Philip Kotler as a case study in Marketing Management — the first Egyptian and Arab case study in the textbook.
